I mean, I don't want to tell you how to run your blog, but suppose
you added a post title that grabbed people's attention? I mean 羽場さんにおくる言葉 is a little plain.
You could look at Yahoo's front page and see how they write post headlines to grab people to click.
You might add a video or a picture or two to grab readers excited about what you've written.
In my opinion, it would make your posts a little bit more interesting.
