I think that what you posted was very reasonable. But,
what about this? what if you added a little information? I ain't
saying your content isn't solid., however what if you added
something to possibly get a person's attention? I mean 羽場さんにおくる言葉 is kinda boring.
You could look at Yahoo's home page and see how they
create article headlines to grab viewers to open the links.
You might try adding a video or a pic or two to get people interested about everything've got to say.

In my opinion, it could bring your website a little bit more interesting.
